Welcome honored guest! We invite you to join us in envisioning a remarkable ocean retreat where education, recreation, and conservation thrive harmoniously. At Whites Landing, our goal is to establish a marine science institute for youth, offer ocean eco-tours, provide world-class glamping experiences, and host special events for families. Every program we offer is deeply committed to sustainability and raising awareness about Catalina Island and its surrounding marine environment.
Since 1997, Mountain and Sea Educational Adventures (MSA), under the visionary leadership of Annie and Fran Tablas MacAulay, has served over 150,000 participants. However, due to the limited availability of land on the island, MSA has been operating on a year-to-year lease for 26 years. We are thrilled to announce that the Catalina Island Conservancy is releasing a long-term lease at Whites Landing, ranging from 20 to 75 years, depending on design and capital. Our nonprofit aims to win the bid for this lease, and we invite you to be part of our journey.
