Are you adventurous, outgoing and enjoy teaching and working with youth? The chance to come work on Catalina Island as camp staff is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Come live in a private nature reserve, as you enjoy teaching natural science, inspiring character growth in youth and leading outdoor activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, hiking and lots more!

The MSA Staff are a very fun loving and passionate group of people! We work together as a team to deliver the very best program possible to the campers we have the privilege of working with each week. We inspire students by living inspirational lives, ourselves! 

We work hard during the week and play hard during the weekend. The island has endless opportunities for weekend adventures in the form of trails and coves to be explored. The program itself is an amazing way to interact with nature and deepen your awareness of the marine environment.
